If the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect, Jewelry WebStore will repair or replace the item at no additional cost for the life of your jewelry. If damage is caused by everyday wear, you have the option of sending in your jewelry to be inspected and be provided with an estimate of cost. Everyday wear generally falls into the category of loose prongs, scratches, and nicks. Diamond items may be returned to our headquarters for free prong tightening and cleaning for the life of your fine jewelry. Polishing and rhodium plating of jewelry may require an additional fee. For items covered and repaired under the lifetime warranty, we only charge a standard shipping fee to return the item back to you.
